DIODES Incorporated FET, MOSFET Arrays DMC3009LPDWQ-13

The DMC3009LPDWQ is a complementary pair of enhancement mode MOSFETs in a PowerDI5060-8/SWP (Type UXD) package, designed for automotive applications requiring robust performance in motor controls, power management, and DC-DC converters. The N-channel device has a 30V drain-source breakdown voltage and a maximum on-resistance of 13mΩ at 10V gate-source bias, while the P-channel device has a -30V rating and a maximum on-resistance of 15mΩ at -10V.
