DIODES Incorporated FET, MOSFET Arrays DMC2025UFDBQ-13

The DMC2025UFDBQ is a complementary pair of enhancement mode MOSFETs comprising an N-channel and a P-channel device, designed for automotive load switching and power management applications. Both devices are housed in a U-DFN2020-6 package with a footprint of 4mm² and a maximum height of 0.6mm. The N-channel MOSFET has a drain-source voltage rating of 20V and a maximum on-resistance of 25mΩ at 4.5V gate-source bias, while the P-channel MOSFET is rated at -20V and 75mΩ on-resistance at -4.5V. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, RoHS compliant, and features ESD-protected gates. It meets UL 94 V-0 flammability standards and is rated for operation from -55°C to +150°C. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging, with 10,000 units per reel for the -13 variant.
