The S6513HM2040L0452 is a metric ball screw with a 4 mm pitch, 16 mm outer diameter, and 452 mm length, made from Ck53 induction-hardened steel at HRC 62 ± 2. It meets ISO class 7 pitch accuracy of ≤ 0.1 mm per 300 mm and achieves over 90% efficiency in rotary-to-linear motion conversion. The screw is rolled and polished, with a root diameter of 13.34 mm, and features unmachined ends. It is designed for use with a double bearing on one end and either a floating bearing or no bearing on the other, alongside a guiding ball nut.
