The S6513HM2200L1752 is a metric ball screw with a 20 mm pitch, 16 mm outer diameter, and 1752 mm length, made from Cfs 53 induction-hardened steel to HRC 62 ± 2. It meets ISO class 7 pitch accuracy of ≤0.1 mm per 300 mm and offers over 90% efficiency in rotary-to-linear motion conversion. The screw is rolled and polished, with a root diameter of 12.98 mm for 20 mm pitch, and is machined for double bearing support on one side with a floating bearing or no bearing on the other. Available in lengths up to 3 m, this part is designed for high life expectancy and cost-effective linear motion applications.
