It features FrelonGOLD® self-lubricating material on HRC70 ceramic-coated aluminum, offering corrosion resistance, shock load tolerance, and vibration dampening. The rail size code is 12, which corresponds to dimensions A=12 mm, B=13 mm, B1=8 mm, C=27 mm, D=34 mm, E=M3, F=15 mm, G=20 mm, H=6 mm, H1=3.5 mm, H2=3.5 mm, K=10.7 mm, J=4.6 mm, M=6 mm, N=3.5 mm, S=10 mm, and T=25 mm. The part is designed for applications requiring precise linear motion with running clearance between 0.064 mm and 0.089 mm. Longer lengths up to 3600 mm are available on special order.
