The B16-0-135 is a 16 mm diameter spur gearhead with a 135:1 reduction ratio, designed for integration with brush DC coreless motors. It uses sleeve bearings, has a maximum static torque of 0.3 Nm, and a maximum input speed of 8000 rpm. The gearbox is 18 mm long, weighs 10 g, and operates from -30°C to +65°C. Maximum radial and axial forces at 8 mm from the mounting face are 10 N and 10 N respectively. Average backlash is 3° under 0.3 Nm load. It is compatible with various motor models including 16DCP, 16DCT, and 17DCT series. The unit maintains a compact form factor with no axial offset between motor and output shaft.
