Accurately measures the voltage and current waveforms of a Wolfspeed XM3 power module (CAB450M12XM3) under an inductive load switching event. This enables the calculation of switching loss energies under precise test conditions to dynamically evaluate the module and facilitate in-module comparisons and power electronics systems design.
