The WG (M) ODC series are solid-state output modules for switching DC loads, available in standard and mini module packages. The standard housing measures 43.2 mm × 35.6 mm and weighs 130 g; the mini module is 25.4 mm × 15.2 mm and weighs 75 g. Both use solder pin terminals and are potted in thermally conductive epoxy within a glass-filled polyester housing. Input control voltages range from 2.75-8 V, 9-18 V, 18-32 V, or 3-24 V, with maximum control current of 32 mA. Output load voltages are either 3-60 VDC or 5-200 VDC, supporting load currents up to 3 A or 1 A respectively. On-state voltage is ≤1.5 V, off-state leakage ≤2 mA, surge current ≤5 A for 1.0 s, turn-on and turn-off times ≤0.1 ms, PWM frequency ≤250 Hz, and isolation voltage is 4000 V. Operating temperature ranges from −20 to +80 °C.
