Solid state output modules for switching AC loads with zero-crossing, suitable for resistive and inductive loads with cosφ > 0.85. Available in standard and mini housings with solder pin terminals. Load voltage range is 24 to 280 VAC, with continuous current ratings of 5 A, 15 A, or 24 A. Peak off-state voltage is 600 V. Input control voltages are 3-8 VDC, 9-18 VDC, or 18-32 VDC, with maximum control currents of 32 mA, 18 mA, or 16 mA. Isolation between input and output is 4,000 V. Turn-on and turn-off times are maximum 11 ms. Operating temperature range is -20 °C to +80 °C. Standard module dimensions are 45.2 × 35.6 mm; mini module dimensions are 30.5 × 35.6 mm. Housing is glass-filled polyester with thermally conductive epoxy potting. Weight is approximately 130 g for standard, 75 g for mini.
