Solid state relay for AC switching with zero-cross and random turn-on options, rated for 10 A load current and 280 VAC, featuring an internal snubber and triac output. The device accepts 90-280 VAC control voltage with a maximum input current of 10 mA and has 4 kV isolation between input and output. It operates from -20°C to +80°C and is housed in a panel-mount package measuring 44 mm × 33 mm. The part includes a 47 Ω / 47 nF snubber network and supports resistive and inductive loads with a power factor above 0.85 for zero-cross versions or 0.65 for random versions.
