The 36 Series is a family of 1-form-A PhotoDMOS relays for high-current switching up to 2.5 A at 60 V AC or DC, with an I/O breakdown voltage of 3750 Vrms minimum and an optional 5000 Vrms version. The relays feature a typical on-resistance of 0.07 Ω, a maximum LED current of 3.0 mA, and an off-state leakage current of 1.0 μA maximum. They are available in DIP6 or SMD6 packages with a 2.54 mm pitch and operate within -40°C to +85°C. The maximum total power dissipation is 550 mW, and the output capacitance is 470 pF. An ISO 9001-certified product.
