The A1M series is a family of automotive relays with SPST normally open or SPDT contact arrangements, designed for switching up to 40A at 14VDC with a maximum switching voltage of 28VDC. The relay has a dust cover sealing option, quick connect terminals, and a 24VDC coil with a resistance of 320 ohms, requiring 14.4VDC maximum to operate and releasing at 2.4VDC minimum. It consumes 1.8W of coil power, operates in 10ms, and releases in 10ms. The contact material is AgSnO, with a contact resistance under 50 milliohms initial. The device measures 20.5 x 15.4 x 22.1 mm and weighs 18g. It operates from -40°C to +85°C and meets QS-9000 and ISO-9002 standards. Electrical life is 100k cycles at rated load; mechanical life is 10M cycles.
