The CS43L21 is a highly integrated, 24-bit, 96 kHz, low power stereo digital/analog converter (DAC) that allows infinite sample rate adjustments between 4 kHz and 96 kHz. The CS43L21 operates from a single, 1.8 V power supply to maximize battery life while minimizing end product form factors and delivering excellent audio performance with 46 mW of output power into 16 ohm headphones. By generating its own on-chip negative power supply voltage, the CS43L21 provides ground-centered outputs to eliminate costly, space-consuming DC blocking capacitors and reduce startup pops and clicks.
