The CiMa-Pak Mailbag polybagger is a semi-automatic poly wrapping machine designed for small and medium volume production. Our Mailbag gives you the ability to bring in-house poly wrapping that previously was not a cost-effective option.
By using our CiMail polybagging USPS film the Mailbag can manufactures the mail piece on the fly. Changing from letter format to legal format is accomplished without adjustment of settings. The Mailbag poly wrapping system can automatically detect the length of the mailing piece. Besides being able to run clear CiMail Polybagging film our Mailbag polybagger can also run opaque film with to registration(eye) mark.
The CiMa-Pak Mailbag polybagger is supplied complete with an integral conveyor to raise the wrapped mailing piece to workbench height or to drop it straight into a tote. The built in re-settable counter can also do batch counting as well as total pieces wrapped. This feature enables the operator to pre-set a job quantity.
