The CHF/CHFN Series is a 20A to 25A miniature power relay designed for applications such as air conditioners and washing machines, featuring a 1 Form A (SPST) contact arrangement with Ag alloy contacts. It is available with either #250 quick connect terminals or PCB terminals, and has an outline dimension of 30.1mm × 15.7mm × 23.3mm. The relay operates on 5VDC to 48VDC coil voltages with 900mW coil power, supports switching up to 25A at 250VAC or 30VDC, and has a dielectric strength of 4,500VAC between coil and contacts. It meets cULus, TUV, and CQC requirements, is RoHS and REACH SvHC compliant, and has an explosion-proof certification. The operating temperature range is -40℃ to +85℃, with mechanical endurance of 10,000,000 operations and electrical endurance of 100,000 operations under rated load. The enclosure is available in vented (RT II) or sealed (RT III) versions, with a flammability rating of 94V-0.
