Central Semiconductor Corp. MOSFET CMLM0575 TR

The CMLM0575 is a surface-mount Multi Discrete Module™ integrating an N-channel MOSFET and a low VF Schottky diode in an SOT-563 package. The MOSFET has a 20 V drain-source voltage rating, 650 mA continuous drain current, and a maximum rDS(ON) of 275 mΩ at VGS=2.5 V. The Schottky diode has a 40 V peak repetitive reverse voltage, 500 mA continuous forward current, and a maximum forward voltage of 0.47 V at 500 mA. It offers ESD protection up to 2 kV and operates over a junction temperature range of -65 °C to +150 °C. Thermal resistance is 357 °C/W on an FR-4 PCB with a 4.0 mm² copper pad. The device meets RoHS compliance and is designed for space-constrained applications such as DC-DC and boost converters in portable equipment.
