Extra Power Propane Sump cleaner/dispenser is a versatile unit. The CP50 Series has high nozzle velocity for picking up puddles and dry chips AND deep suction for lifting heavy sludge off the sump bottom. With the propane power source on board, there are no cords or hoses to plug in. Perfect for use in several locations without a common power source.
The sump cleaner sucks up machine tool sump contents down to the bare metal in minutes. The pump is powered by a Kohler 20 HP, 4 stroke cycle Command Series engine with electric start. Sump cleaner pumps fluid at rates to 110 gallons per minute and generates suction to 13′ Hg (177′ water). On the way to the tank, the dirty coolant passes through the filter which separates the chips and swarf from the coolant. The F23 Filter has capacity to hold 2.3 cubic feet of solids. Sump can be refilled with fresh coolant from the dispenser side.
This CP50 150/150 and CP50 200/200 gallon Sump Sharks have a 8′ x 10′ clean door with a 1-1/4” drain port in the door. The door is flush to the bottom of the tank for easy cleaning. Each tank has its own pressure gauge so operator can monitor what is going on inside the tank. Both the 150/150- and 200/200-gallon tank sizes have a tow bar with pintle-eye hitch to accomodate in plant tugs or tractors.
CP50 consists of two tanks; one for collecting and filtering dirty coolant and another for dispensing clean coolant. The sump cleaner sucks up machine tool sump contents down to the bare metal in minutes. Sump can be refilled with fresh coolant from the dispenser side.
Power source onboard. No cords or air hoses
Both tanks have pump-in, pump-out capability
Sump cleaning is an important part of a recycling program
