Two tanks on a single chassis for cleaning and replenishing coolant. Increasing costs for the purchase and disposal of metalworking coolant have made extending the life of coolant crucial to most metalworking operations. The CECOR CE50-100/100PT Combination sump cleaner/dispenser can be an important part of your coolant recycling program. The CE50-100/100PT has two 100-gallon tanks on a single chassis; a sump cleaner tank on one side and a dispenser tank on the other. Each side has a special function. Remove the entire contents of a from machine tool sump quickly with the sump cleaner side. The power of the CE50’s five horsepower electric motor generates suction to 13” Hg (177” water) and a pumping rate to 110 gallons per minute. The sump cleaner side’s 2.3 cu. ft. catches chips and swarf, while the filtered coolant enters the tank. Filtered coolant can be pumped back to the sump or transported for batch recycling. The coolant sump can be topped off with fresh coolant from the Coolant Dispenser side of the CE50. Both tanks have pump-in/pump-out capability.
