FEATURES: These Quintus Fixture Plates are designed to mount on a Quintus 1 Quick-Change Riser with accurate center location. A Quintus 1 Riser provides quick-change fixturing benefits and additional height for spindle clearance. Made in USA. MOUNTING ON A QUINTUS 1 RISER: Before using the fixture, install a Quintus 1 pull-down bolt in the fixture plate's M10 bottom center hole (order separately – see Dimensions page for part number). To locate the fixture plate, the Quintus 1 riser utilizes its two integral locating pins, a round pin for zero-point centering and a diamond pin for single-axis centering, which fit into the two 10mm locating holes underneath the plate. Turning the Quintus mechanism exerts 2700 lbs of force on the pull-down bolt. MATERIAL: Body > Carbon steel, black oxide finish. Bushings> High-carbon steel, heat treated. DFARS and RoHS compliant.
