N-channel TrenchMOS FET designed for DC-to-DC converters and switched-mode power supplies, housed in a TO-220AB package with a mounting base connected to the drain. It has a drain-source voltage rating of 100 V, a continuous drain current of 18 A at 25°C, a total power dissipation of 79 W at 25°C, and a drain-source on-state resistance of 80 to 90 mΩ at 10 V gate-source voltage. The device meets the Absolute Maximum Rating System per IEC 60134.
