The sensor's bright, built-in LED status indicator can easily be seen from across a production floor, appearing as red or green, and changing color based on if material is or is not covering the probe and damping its vibration.
Exclusive sanitary features include a 2” stainless steel tri-clover fitting that allows for easy cleanability and sanitation in food and pharmaceutical processing applications.
Use VRX31 to measure lightweight or low-dielectric bulk solids, powders, granules, or flakes as light as 1.9 lb./ft.³ (30 g/liter). It can be mounted at the top, side, or cone of a tank, hopper, mixer, or process vessel.
By providing reliable level alerts, users can reduce material waste, ensure precise batching, and know when to refill or order more when material levels get too low.
