The CNCR-400.DD is a compact 80 GHz non-contact radar sensor for non-contact level measurement in sanitary food, beverage, and pharmaceutical applications, with a digital display and ring light indicator for status visualization. It measures up to 49 ft (15 m) with 0.2 in (5 mm) accuracy and has no dead zone. The sensor has an enclosure rated IP66/IP67/IP69, is constructed with 316L stainless steel or PC/PBT thermoplastic housing, and features wetted parts in PTFE and 316L stainless steel with EPDM or FKM seals. It supports 12 to 35 VDC operation, 4-20 mA, PNP/NPN outputs, and IO-Link communication. Setup is performed via Bluetooth 5.0, and it holds FDA, 3A, and EHEDG hygienic approvals.
