CNCR-400 compact non-contact sensors from BinMaster offer precise level measurements in sanitary food, beverage, and pharmaceutical processing applications. The CNCR-400.DD measures bulk solids, powders, and liquids in ranges up to 49 ft within bins, tanks, hoppers, and mixers. This radar features a digital readout on the sensor face, as well as a programmable light ring indicator that is configured via Bluetooth phone app. Users can remotely change level alert parameters or adjust the status colors on the light ring. CNCR-400 radar sensors' accuracy is unaffected by dust, turbulence, condensation, foam, buildup, or harsh conditions. Sensors easily integrate into a control system using an IO-Link, or users can utilize BinCloud® software for remote monitoring and actionable inventory insights.
