BI-TORQ® Valve Automation Fail Safe Spring Return Valve Actuator D2/D3 Series

BI-TORQ provides three different lines of electric spring return actuators for applications that require an automatic shut-down in case of a catastrophic power loss. Torque outputs on our spring return electric actuators range from 200 to 1200 inch pounds of torque output with a 115VAC supply. These heavy-duty spring return actuators are manufactured for fail-safe applications only and are not intended for use on control applications. Spring return actuators are equipped with hardened steel spur gear drive train guaranteeing high efficiency, quiet operation and long trouble free life. The heavy-duty sand-cast aluminum enclosure meets NEMA 4 specifications and has a thermally bonded ultraviolet resistant polyester powder coating that not only enhances its appearance but also is a tough corrosion resistant coating.
