The GDML 2016 GB 1 black is a DIN Valve Connector designed in accordance with DIN 43650, Form A. It features a field-attachable design with a female connector type and includes two pins plus a protective earth (2+PE). The connector is equipped with screw contacts and a printed circuit board (PCB) that incorporates a bridge rectifier and varistor, allowing for operation at a rated voltage of 250 V AC/DC and a maximum current of 1 A. This connector is constructed with a black housing and an M16 cable gland, suitable for cables with a diameter ranging from 4.0 to 10 mm and conductor cross-sections between 0.25 and 1.5 mm². It operates effectively in ambient temperatures from -40 °C to +80 °C and has an IP65 protection rating, ensuring resistance to dust and water when properly mounted. The connector is compliant with RoHS standards and has a pollution degree of 3 according to DIN EN 60664-1. The product is designed for a maximum of 50 mating cycles and features a contact resistance of less than or equal to 10 mOhm, with an insulation resistance greater than 10^9 Ohm.
