The CCD 5061 is a 6144 pixel x 128 line, high-speed TDI sensor. This array is set up for bi-directional operation. With four outputs running at 20MHz per output the CCD 5061 can provide a total data of 80MHz with line rates up to 12K. Utilizing Fairchild Imaging's proprietary buried channel/surface channel process, the CCD 5061 achieves consistent, superior TDI performance. The device is currently housed in a PWB package for testing simplicity. 6144 pixels per line 128 lines of integration 8.75µm x 8.75µm pixel size # of selectable TDI stages from 128, 64, 32, 16, 8 and 4 Bi-directional TDI line shifting 4 outputs—each capable of 20MHz data rate—80MHz total data rate
