Mica insulated strip heaters for controlled heating in dies, cylinders, kettles, molds, process machines, platens, and tanks. Available in widths from 1″ to 4″ and lengths up to 48″, with nominal thickness of 0.187″ and terminal height of 0.75″. Standard terminals include SSA, FO, SSB, SO, and others depending on width. Wattage ranges from 50 to 2700 W depending on dimensions, with a default watt density of 30 W/sq in and tolerance of +5%, -10% at rated voltage. Mounting holes are optional and not standard. Constructed with rust-resistant steel sheath, mica insulation, and resistance ribbon wire.
