The SMR-2352H2-S is an Address Mark Reader designed for Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) that reads 8-bit codes from the Address Mark Plate SMG-2352S at a distance of 15mm to 35mm. It outputs the magnetized code when positioned directly over the plate, holding the data until the next code is detected. The device operates with a supply voltage of DC 10 to 30V and has a maximum power consumption of 50mA. It supports a maximum response speed of 2.5m/s, accommodating AGV travel speeds, and allows for ¬±20mm fluctuation from the center of the target. The reader features a parallel data output with 256 possible codes, utilizing an NPN transistor with a maximum sink current of 50mA. It includes a reset input that clears the latched data when a voltage of DC 10 to 30V is applied for at least 1ms. The operational temperature range is between -10¬8C and +60¬8C, with humidity levels from 35% to 95% RH, and it is rated IP-54 for protection against dust and water. The device is housed in a plastic case measuring 322mm x 38mm x 12mm and weighs approximately 360g.

SMR-2352H2-S outputs the code magnetized on SMG-2352S, when SMR-2352H2-S comes just over SMG-2352 S and the data is held till next SMG-2352S comes. The output data can be reset by reset signal input.
