Plate-type sprocket wheels
Atlanta solid plate wheels are made of sheet with a strength of 500–600 N/mm² unhardened. Due to the larger diameter condition, they are usually not subjected to heat treatment. Induction-hardening or fame-hardening to approx. 50 HRC is only possible after case-hardening.
