Fast switching H-bridge module with integrated 1-phase rectifier and IGBT + FRED switches for industrial welding machines, available in 600 V, 40 A configuration with an NTC thermistor. The module is surface-mounted on a PCB and requires screw fixation before soldering, using M4 screws torqued to 2.0-2.2 Nm. Mounting requires a heatsink with flatness under 0.1 mm over 100 mm and surface roughness below Rz 0.01 mm, with thermal paste applied at a maximum thickness of 0.05 mm. Vibration stress on pins must be avoided, and pin loads are limited to ±35 N at 25°C and ±5 N at 100°C. Packaged in ESD-protected trays of 20 units. The product is not recommended for life support applications.
