It contains two transistors in a single CASE 744A-01, STYLE 1 package with separate base and collector leads and common emitters, enabling push-pull operation that reduces even-numbered harmonics. Built-in input impedance matching networks support broadband performance, with typical Class AB gain of 9.5 dB and 55% efficiency. The device features a gold metallization system for high reliability and is 100% tested for load mismatch.
