CM75TX-24S is a sixpack IGBT module for three-phase inverter applications, designed for high-power switching in AC motor control, motion/servo control, and power supplies. It features a flat base with a copper base plate and tin-plated pin terminals in a non-insulated package. The module has a collector-emitter voltage rating of 1200 V and a continuous collector current of 75 A, with a maximum junction temperature of 175 °C. It includes an NTC thermistor for temperature monitoring with a resistance of 5.00 kΩ at 25 °C. The device is RoHS compliant and recognized under UL1557, File E323585. Its dimensions are defined with terminal tolerances of ±0.8 mm for sizes over 30 mm, and the mass is 300 g. Mounting torque for the M5 screw is specified between 2.5 and 3.5 N·m.
