The CM600DY-24A is a dual IGBTMOD™ A-Series module in a half-bridge configuration, designed for switching applications such as AC motor control and UPS systems. It contains two 600 A, 1200 V IGBT transistors with integrated super-fast recovery free-wheel diodes. The module features an isolated baseplate for simplified heat sinking and measures 110.0 mm by 80.0 mm by 29.0 mm. It has a maximum junction temperature of 150 °C, a gate-emitter voltage rating of ±20 V, and an isolation voltage of 2500 V between main terminals and the baseplate. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 0.034 °C/W per IGBT and 0.062 °C/W per free-wheel diode. The module meets AEC-Q200 and RoHS standards.
