The module features a maximum junction temperature of 175 °C and a maximum case temperature of 150 °C. Its base plate has a flatness tolerance of ±0 to +200 μm and mounting torque specifications of 2.5-3.5 N·m for M5 terminals and 3.5-4.5 N·m for M6 heat sink screws.
