The CM400DU-12NFH is a dual IGBT module in a flat base package with a copper base plate, designed for high-frequency switching applications between 30 kHz and 60 kHz. It rated for a collector-emitter voltage of 600 V and a continuous collector current of 400 A, with a maximum junction temperature of 150°C. The module includes anti-parallel free-wheeling diodes and has an isolation voltage of 2500 V AC. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 0.13 K/W for the IGBT and 0.18 K/W for the diode, with a contact thermal resistance of 0.04 K/W when thermal grease is applied. Mounting torque for the base plate is 3.5 to 4.5 N·m using M6 screws. The part is RoHS compliant and UL recognized under UL1557. Weight is 400 g.
