The CM300DY-13T is a dual-switch IGBT module for high-power switching in motor control and power supply applications. It has a flat base with nickel-plated terminals and weighs 155 g. The module supports a 650 V collector-emitter voltage and 300 A continuous collector current at 141 °C case temperature, with a maximum junction temperature of 175 °C. It operates with gate-emitter voltage up to ±20 V and dissipates 2205 W at 25 °C case temperature. Isolation voltage is 4000 V RMS. Junction-to-case thermal resistance is 68 K/kW for the IGBT and 117 K/kW for the diode. Mounting torque is 2.5-3.5 N·m for M5 main terminals and 3.5-4.5 N·m for M6 heat sink screws. RoHS compliant and UL recognized under UL1557, File No. E323585.
