The CM150MXUD-24T is an insulated IGBT module for high-power switching applications, featuring a flat base with a nickel-plated copper heatsink and tin-plated solder terminals. It combines a three-phase inverter, a brake chopper, and a three-phase rectifier in one package, rated for a collector-emitter voltage of 1200 V and a continuous collector current of 150 A per inverter leg, with a maximum junction temperature of 175 °C. The module is UL 1557 recognized, RoHS compliant, and supports up to 850 V DC bus operation. Mounting torque for 5 mm screws is 2.5 to 3.5 N·m. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 197 K/kW for the inverter IGBT, 391 K/kW for the inverter diode, and 11.5 K/kW from case to heatsink with thermal grease. The module has a mass of 270 g and an isolation voltage of 2500 V AC between terminals and base plate.
