Type ZHUA - Zero Halogen-Low Smoke-Low Flame Spread Liquid-Tight Flexible Metal Conduit (LFMC) is designed for applications requiring a flexible and durable raceway for wiring. It features a construction of continuously interlocked hot dipped zinc galvanized steel core, providing exceptional crush and corrosion resistance. The conduit is available in sizes ranging from 3/8" to 4" and is equipped with an integral bonding wire in sizes 3/8" through 1-1/4". This conduit meets or exceeds several industry standards, including UL Listing and IP 66/67 rating when installed with approved fittings. It is suitable for use in hazardous locations as per NEC Articles and is rated for temperature ranges from -40¬8F to +176¬8F (-40¬8C to +80¬8C). The jacket material is a low smoke and zero halogen TPU, which is flame retardant and resistant to heat, oil, and chemical breakdown. Conduit shall provide a flexible liquid-tight raceway for wiring and shall be constructed of continuously interlocked hot dipped zinc galvanized steel core with an integral bonding wire in sizes 3/8" thru 1-1/4". Conduit shall have a sunlight resistant, flame retardant, LOW SMOKE AND ZERO HALOGEN TPU jacket in electrical trade sizes 3/8" thru 4".
