The TDC-GP22 is our standard device for precision time interval measurement in industiral appications. With single shot 22ps resolution and 4 ms measuring range the TDC-GP22 is perfect for laser range finders, magnetostrictive sensors, spectroscopic applicatons and test equipment. In measure mode 1 the chip measures up to 4 hits per channel with a minimum of zero ns between the channels. The TDC-GP22 measure mode 2 offers ultra-low power operation with 3-fold multi-hit capability.
