ULTRA Series ROX fluorescence filter set designed to provide a high signal-to-noise ratio of ROX probes contained in real-time qPCR samples when illuminated with an LED light source. T This filter set is also ideal for use in a variety of fluorescence applications along with mCherry, Alexa Fluor® 558, and all similar fluorophores. ULTRA Series filter sets provide better overall performance than our standard filter sets by using a combination of tight wavelength control (typically ± 1.5 nm), ultra-steep edges, deeper blocking, and the industry’s highest transmission levels. For fluorescence microscopy, they are also specified to produce zero pixel shift when imaging multiple fluorophores. All of Alluxa’s optical filters are durable and hard-coated using our SIRRUS™ plasma deposition process.
