It is available in 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V, or 1.68 to 3.63 V supply options, with frequency stability versus temperature of ±0.5 ppm to ±2.0 ppm. This part operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, with a start-up time of 2 ms max, and draws 2.5 mA max. The output is specified as 0.8 Vp-p min into a 10 kΩ // 10 pF load.
