Decription- The TSD 2050 Torque Loader is a mechanical system that is capable of applying 2500 ft-lbs. torque with minimal input. This permits a single operator to easily load and calibrate large and small hand torque wrenches. A dual input is provided for faster input speeds at output torque below 600 ft-lbs.
The loader housing is fabricated from a rugged aluminum casting which makes the loader light weight and portable. All torque loads are reacted within the housing, therefore, it is not necessary to fasten the loader to a bench.
Application- The TSD 2050 Torque Loader is designed primarily for use as part of a torque wrench calibration system, but has many uses in special and production testing with little or no adaption. The addition of this TSD 2050 Loader to our versatile TSD 4000 series provides ease, speed and accuracy to torque wrench calibration and repairs, as well as universal applications, including torque multipliers, screw drivers, shear section, etc.
