The ALD810026SCLI is a quad supercapacitor auto-balancing MOSFET array in a 16-pin SOIC package, designed to balance up to four series-connected supercapacitors by actively regulating leakage currents. Each of the four integrated SAB MOSFETs exhibits a precise gate threshold voltage of 2.60V at 1µA drain-source current, with output current varying exponentially from less than 0.3nA to over 1000µA based on input voltage. The device operates with a drain-source voltage rating of 10.6V and a maximum operating current of 80mA, and is qualified for industrial temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C. It features near-zero additional leakage currents, with drain-source leakage below 400pA at 25°C and a gate leakage of 200pA maximum. The device meets RoHS requirements and is ESD sensitive.
