The ALD810019SCLI is a quad supercapacitor auto-balancing MOSFET array in a 16-pin SOIC package, measuring 4.69mm to 5.00mm in length and 3.50mm to 4.05mm in width, designed for leakage current balancing of up to four series-connected supercapacitors. It operates from -40°C to +85°C, with a maximum drain-source voltage of 10.6V and a maximum operating current of 80mA. Each of the four integrated SAB MOSFETs has a precision gate threshold voltage of 1.90V at IDS(ON) = 1µA, with output current varying exponentially from below 0.3nA to over 1000µA in response to input voltage changes. The device exhibits near-zero additional leakage currents and actively balances voltage across supercapacitor stacks without external control.
