The ALD810016SCLI is a quad supercapacitor auto-balancing MOSFET array in a 16-pin SOIC package, designed to balance leakage currents across up to four series-connected supercapacitors. It operates with a gate threshold voltage of 1.60 V at 1 µA drain-source current and dynamically regulates output current from less than 0.3 nA to over 1000 µA based on input voltage. The device has a maximum drain-source voltage rating of 10.6 V and can handle up to 80 mA operating current.
