The CEJW series comprises immersed electrode high voltage hot water boilers designed for large-scale process and space heating applications, with capacities ranging from 2500 to 68,000 kW and operating voltages from 4160 to 25,000 V. These boilers operate at pressures between 3 and 14.5 bar and achieve a maximum water temperature of 180 °C. The system responds from 0 to 100% capacity in 1 minute when hot and 15 to 25 minutes when cold, with a 10:1 turn-down ratio via adjustable electrode shielding. Power feeds are certified for 42 kV and 16 bar, and the pressure vessel meets ASME Section I or IV standards with CRN/U stamp. The boilers operate without combustion, eliminating emissions, and are grounded to the building structure for electrical safety. They are suitable for integration into existing systems and can leverage off-peak electricity rates.
