ABTech, Inc. offers a Setting Master using a natural granite base and air bearing slide for set up of I.D./O.D. beam type gages such as Federal Products Series 980. The granite base in combination with the air bearing slide ensures a stable, and low maintenance gage. The setting master has a vertical stage feature with 6.00 in. travel and 50 microinch Resolution to accommodate various beam gage configurations. Standard horizontal travel is available in 80” or 150” and is measured using a high accuracy linear scale for ±0.00024in. accuracy over full travel. The touch screen user interface is intuitive and easy to read and can store linear offsets for increased accuracy. Air bearing slide features a manual drive with fine adjustment and lock to hold position. The setting master features user friendly position control adjustments for both vertical and horizontal setting.
