The UH5-100G-808 is an infrared laser diode module emitting at 808 nm with 100 mW continuous optical output power, designed for alignment, measurement, and automation applications. It features an adjustable elliptical focus, low divergence (<1 mrad), and a spot size under 100 μm at distances under 10 inches. Housed in a 12 mm diameter by 51 mm long anodized aluminum body, it operates on 3.3 to 5 V DC with less than 200 mA current and requires a heat sink for extended use. It is rated as Class IIIB, with operational temperature range of +10°C to +50°C and built-in ESD and reverse polarity protection. The output power stability is under 1% with heat sink, and wavelength drift is 0.2 nm/°C.
UH-Series Laser modules are fully self-contained with integrated laser driver circuit, surface polished glass aspherical lens optics and laser diode. Unique properties include compact anodized aluminum body, fine adjustable focus, clean beam, low divergence, high boresight accuracy and industrial strength.
UH Series Infrared Laser Modules are available fro 705 nm to 980 nm. All UH series laser modules can be customized to add beam shaping and modulation options.
