The UCL5-3.5G-635-25 is a Class 2 continuous-wave laser module emitting at 635 nm with 3.5 mW optical output power, designed for alignment and measurement applications. It features a 25-degree full fan angle, single-mode laser structure, and <1 mrad divergence, with a collimated cross-line thickness under 1 mm up to 1 meter distance. Operating on 3 to 5 V DC and drawing less than 30 mA, it has an anodized aluminum housing measuring 10.5 mm in diameter and 30 mm in length, with a 380 mm cable. Thermal performance requires a heat sink for extended use, and it operates between +10°C and +40°C. The module includes auto power control, reverse polarity protection, and ESD protection.
