The UCL5-3.5G-520-25 is a visible green cross-line laser module emitting 520 nm light at 3.5 mW with Class 2 safety rating and continuous wave operation. It features a 25-degree full fan angle, single-mode laser structure, and <1 mrad divergence. The module operates at 5 V DC with less than 200 mA current draw and includes auto power control circuitry. Mounted in a 10.5 mm diameter by 30 mm length anodized aluminum case, it supports line thickness adjustment down to <1 mm at 1 m distance. Operating temperature ranges from +10°C to +40°C, with recommended heat sink use for extended operation. Electrical connections are red for positive and black for negative. The device provides ESD and reverse polarity protection.
