The UCL5-1G-650-25 is a Class 2 continuous laser module for alignment and measurement, emitting a 650 nm cross-line with a 25-degree fan angle. It measures 10.5 mm in diameter and 30 mm in length, with a 380 mm cable. Operating on 3 to 5 V DC, it draws less than 40 mA and outputs less than 1 mW of optical power after line generation. Laser power stability is under 1% with a heat sink, and wavelength drift is 0.2 nm/°C. The line thickness is less than 1 mm up to 1 meter. It includes reverse polarity and ESD protection, adjustable focus, and requires a heat sink for extended operation. Operating temperature ranges from +10°C to +40°C, with storage from -40°C to +80°C.
